The Giant Panda is a species of bear that is found in the mountains of central and western China. They have fur. Their fur is black an white. The black fur is on their ears. They have black fur around their eyes, on their legs, and also on their shoulders. Giant pandas size are about 3 feet (91cm) tall at the shoulders when they are standing on all 4 legs. They are about 180 cm long. Males weigh up to 110 kg in the wild, females usually weigh less than 100 kg. Giant Panda eat a lot of bamboo. 99 percent of the food they eat is bamboo but sometimes they eat grass. Today, Giant panda is listed by the IUCN as being an animal species that is endangered in it's natural environment and faces extinction
